A wonderfull spacious six bedroom semi dettached villa in extensive lawned gardens, just a short drive from Pollenca old historic town with it`s pretty narrow streets, quaint shops and array of superb restaurants.
Set back down a long private driveway from the country lane, villa Bella offers us a lovely garden, nice swimming pool and a fantastic terrace at the front of the villa.
Inside, villa Bella has been decorated and furnished to a quality traditional design. The front doors lead from the large covered dining terrace to an open-plan living, dining room with comfortable sofas, tv and dvd player.
The wooden fitted kitchen is off this area and there`s a dining table and chairs here too, plus all modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The washing machine can be found in a separate laundry room. Also on the ground floor is a shower bathroom and a twin bedroom.
