We are happy to present this new, cosy two bedrooms villa situated in the Can Puig valley, just at 10 minutes drive to the historic old town of Pollensa.
Through the gated drive and into the villa the main door is under the front covered terrace, which leads direct to the lounge dining area. This area has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, gas hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge is equipped with one sofa and two easy chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, a wood burning stove and a CD player.
A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of one twin and one double bedroom sharing a beautiful shower room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished. There is a large covered terrace at the front of the house and a lovely built in barbeque for those who enjoy al fresco meals.
