This beautiful old stone farmhouse is situated in the countryside, outside the beautiful old town of Alcudia. The house has been lovingly restored by the owners and it is a quiet and private place with tropical gardens surrounding the swimming pool and a gated driveway.
Finca Domingo Petit has many original Mallorcan features, such as whitewashed and stone walls and beamed ceilings, as well as modern facilities.
There is a lovely dining area and a fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas top and a fridge/freezer. There is also a conservatory area with sofas and a dinner table, satellite TV and DVD player.
The villa, split it two levels, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The roman style swimming pool is a bonus; it is surrounded by lawn and sun terraces totally equipped with sun loungers and exterior furnishings.
The owner of the villa requires a deposit of 300.00 Euros which can be paid upon arrival and will be returned on the departure day after checking the property.
