This is a traditional farmhouse-style villa surrounded by colourful Mediterranean gardens. The villa is within walking distance to the beautiful historic town of Alcudia; therefore car hire it is not essential. The nice closed beaches are also within walking distance, which makes the villa ideal for families with children who want to be in the countryside but not far from all the amenities. The villa is designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark-wood furniture.
The lounge and dining room has comfortable sofas, satellite TV, a DVD and a stereo. Double doors lead out onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a very well designed farmhouse-kitchen with a pantry, lots of cupboard space, and appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There is another lounge here equipped with satellite TV. From the kitchen there is also a door that leads to another shaded terrace which is ideal for breakfast in the mornings.
The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom on the ground floor and two twin bedrooms on the upper floor which is accessed via a spiral wooden stair case. There is also one bathroom on each floor. All the bedrooms have air conditioning units.
There is another little separate house which has a double bedroom and a full bathroom.
The terraces, gardens and the pool are the stars at the villa. Amazing sun-terraces surround the high level swimming pool, which is accessed by a ramp and steps into it.
Domingo Gran is a great villa with beautiful gardens. Its location makes it easy to make the most of the whole area around Alcudia.
The owner of the villa requires a deposit of 300.00 Euros, which can be paid upon arrival and will be returned on the departure day after checking the property.
