Villa Fran offers peace and tranquillity in the country side near Port Pollensa. A few metres away are Villas Picarol Gran and Picarol Petit making these three villas ideal for large families of group of friend that wish to be much closed.
The villa is approached down a private gated driveway. There is a covered parking area here to keep your car even in high summer. The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with lots of flowers and fruit trees. Tall trees shade the lawns around the raised swimming pool and there are nice views across the lovely mountains that surround the area of Pollensa and Port Pollensa. There is a raised pool that can only be accessed by exterior steps. These steps are gated, which is a safety plus when there are small children in the party.
Inside, the villa is all on one level. The design is simple and uncluttered with white walls and tiled floors. There is an open-plan living and dining room with satellite television, DVD and cod player and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is one double bedroom and a twin both bedrooms are sharing a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have been fitted with modern air-conditioning units.
Villa Fran is a lovely villa in a wonderful location in the country side. It`s completely peaceful here and yet beaches are only a few minutes` drive away. The Port of Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa old town are just ten minutes` drive from here too.
