Catalanet is a simply furnished villa in traditional style, set in a secluded garden with a swimming pool surrounded by lawn where you can enjoy the lovely summer of Mallorca.
The villa is situated within easy reach of the charming old town of Pollensa, which offers a variety of restaurants and cafes, together with a colourful market held around the pretty town square every Sunday morning. Catalanet is also just a few minutes drive the long sandy bay and coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa.
The ground floor offer spacious living dining room, one bathroom and a new fitted kitchen totally equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven.
The bedrooms are located on the top floor and they comprise of two twins and one double all sharing a full bathroom.
A family countryside villa not far from Pollensa old town and its bay, where the lovely and long sandy beach is located as well as many bars and restaurants.
