Villa Pinar is a fantastic modern villa near the sea with nice contemporary and vintage design. It is a real base for a stylish beach holiday in Cala San Vicente.

A small gate leads up to the main entrance of the villa; to the left there is a small but modern fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. The washing machine is situated in the laundry area outside the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a small cloak room. To the right there is a large open lounge dining area which has two comfortable sofas and satellite TV. Double doors lead out onto a great covered terrace at the back of the villa which has access to the lawn area. Air conditining is also available in the lounge dining area.

There is a bright double bedroom on the ground floor and has large patio doors opening onto the rear covered terrace and garden. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper level, these comprises of three twin bedrooms, one of them with an en suite shower room and the rest sharing another further full bathroom.

There is air conditioning throughout.

The swimming pool is surrounded by sun terraces with plenty of sunloungers; this area is accessed by some steps therefore it is not recomended for people with walking difficulties or disabled.

Villa Pinar enjoys a pleasingly convenient location in the delightful resort of Cala San Vicente‚ being within seven hundred metres of the sandy beach and only five hundred metres from the resort.
