Villa Mauro is located on the road between Sa Pobla and Alcudia. It is surrounded by well maintained gardens and the grounds are affording distant views. Within a few minutes drive is the lovely bay of Pollensa with lots of different bars and restaurants, shops and a fantastic promenade.
This fabulous stone clad villa offers good quality. On entering is the hallway that opens into a spacious open plan living/dining room with a large comfy seating area, satellite plasma TV, DVD & CD player, a wood burning stove and French doors opening to the large shaded terrace, garden and the built in barbecue.
There is a very modern fitted kitchen with all necessary equipment including dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and a fridge/freezer. The villa has hot and cold air conditioning throughout the villa, even in the lounge.
