Casa Perez is a comfortable family Mallorcan rental villa with private pool and situated in attractive grounds. The villa is located just off the road between Pollensa old town and Port de Pollensa, where you can find a large choice of bars, restaurants, shops etc.
The villa enjoys beautiful mountain views and a lovely poolside barbecue which is perfect for dining al fresco.
The entrance to the villa Perez leads you to a lovely shaded covered terrace where the main entrance door is located. The main door gives access to the lounge dining area; off the lounge a door leads straight to the large fitted kitchen totally equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer etc. Adjacent the kitchen there is the utility room where the washing machine is located. From the lounge diner a small arch way leads to the bedroom area which comprises of two twins and one double bedroom all with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms are sharing two full bathrooms.
The garden of this Majorcan villa has plenty of space with lots of different plants, flowers, trees and a lawn area which gives the villa a Mediterranean distinct and flavour.
