This beautiful, newly constructed villa is situated in the North of the island. It is set in the popular resort of Cala San Vicente, quietly located away from the crowds.

This two storey modern house furnished to a high standard offers spacious and bright accommodation with modern comforts and fittings.

The main entrance leads direct to the spacious lounge dining area with a well equipped open plan fitted kitchen. This area has also large glass doors opening onto a rear terrace with a modern swimming pool.

On the ground floor we can also find two bedrooms and two shower rooms (they comprise of one en suite double bedroom, a further twin and a separate shower room).

Upstairs offers us the rest of the bedrooms, one double with an en suite shower room and two further twins sharing a shower room. One of the twin bedrooms has a pull out bed.

There is also a basement area where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located.

The swimming pool can be enclosed by a fence but this will be only on request and for parties with small children.
