Villa Montana is located just a 20 minute walk from the old town of Pollensa in the pretty valley of Colonya. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful spot with views across open countryside to the mountains beyond.
Hedges surrounds the semicircular swimming pool and garden from the surrounding farmland and orchards, and there is sun terracing both around the pool and on a small, private rooftop terrace. The swimming pool is set in a well established garden, with citrus trees, hibiscus and roses. A notable outdoor feature is the covered barbecue area with a traditional wood-burning oven. The small kitchen on the ground floor offers additional cooking facilities and also has direct access to the terrace.
The villa is built on two levels with access to the upper level via exterior steps. Each floor has both a twin and a double bedroom together with a bath/shower room and a lounge area making the villa especially suited to two families travelling together. The shower room of the ground floor is exterior.
