Off a private track to the side of the Pollensa to Alcudia road and at the bottom of the Puig de Maria and set in mature gardens with a distinctly tropical note combining cacti, a rockery, vibrant flowers and shrubs, is the villa Santuiri located. Inside is simply yet comfortable with mallorcan style decor. Bedrooms are on both floors with the downstairs twin having an en suite bathroom.

There is a large shaded terrace with adjacent barbecue area with an antique bread oven.

Villa Santuiri is one of our most simple villas, but it has a convenient location just one kilometre far from the Old Town of Pollensa, and has fantastic views from the rooftop terrace to the town and mountains.
