Alqueria, Campanet

Villa Alqueria is a lovely Mediterranean country house set in a quiet country location between the villages of Campanet and Caimari. This villa is a good choice for a family holiday, just within a short drive to the centre of both villages. The property is simple, nice and offers peace and tranquillity.

The villa is split in two levels and is furnished with classic traditional furniture. Upon entering the villa there is a large dining area. On the left, an archway gives us access to the lounge, totally equipped with two sofas and a flat screen satellite TV. There is also a fitted kitchen which has appliances such as fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and a coffee maker. From the dining area there is a door that leads straight to the rear of the villa, where we can find the nice swimming pool and a pergola. From here there are lovely views towards the mountains of the Tramuntana range. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower.

On the upper level, there is one double bedroom with an en suite shower room, one twin bedroom, and a full bathroom.

The crystal clear swimming pool with child steps has surrounding comfortably furnished sun terraces with reclining cushioned sun loungers and a small lawn area. There is also a nice pergola with a table and chairs ideal for al fresco meals.
