This classic style country house is approached along a private countryside drive with far reaching mountain views. The villa is situated at just at ten minutes drive to Palma de Mallorca.

The villa has two levels. The very comfortable spacious accommodation has a large living area totally equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and comfortable sofas. From here there is access to the garden and swimming pool area. Adjacent there is a light dining area with a large table and chairs. There is also a fitted kitchen which is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a breakfast table. On this level there is also one toilet and a bedroom with bunk beds, those can be turned in two single beds.

Stairs lead up to the other bedrooms. They comprise of one single, one twin and one double with an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The rest of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units.

The swimming pool is to the back of the house, with Roman steps, spacious furnished sun terraces set amidst mature lawns and gardens with stone built BBQ and dining terrace. There is also a gym and a laundry area. Sauna is also available with an additional cost of 20.00 euro.

IMPORTANT: The deposit of the booking at this house is 30% of the total (non refundable), while the balance is payable 45 days before arrival (which is then non returnable).
We remind you that in the final price the VAT, ecotax, light, water and change of bed linen are included.
