This 3 bedroom semi detached house is ideally situated less than 100 metres from the beautiful wide sandy beach and only a short walk to the centre of Puerto Alcudia, with its selection of restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

There is a external patio garden area, large enough for al fresco meals and also to relax in the sun. Outside there is also garage for your car (although a car is not necessary if you donÂ’t wish to drive) and an outside toilet.

Inside the house there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom sharing two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge has hot and cold air conditioning, and in the warmer months fans are provided for the bedrooms.

The house is situated in a residential part of the resort, very close to the beach, so is perfect for a family beach holiday.
