Ramis, Cala San Vicente

Villa Ramis enjoys a superb location only 400 metres from the Cala Barques beach in Cala San Vicente, with stunning views from the terraces to the mountains and the iconic Cavall Bernat cliffs in the background.

On entering the villa through the front door, we find a lounge dining area. The decoration is in Majorcan style and has all the features needed in a holiday property.

The bedrooms comprise of one double and three twins, all sharing two bathrooms one with a bath and one with shower unit. There is a spacious, independent kitchen with access to the rear terrace, where the swimming pool is located. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a breakfast table and chairs.

The exterior terrace is also furnished with a large table and chairs, and it has a built-in brick BBQ. Some steps go down to the pool area, and the swimming pool has also steps to get in.

This villa is great for families that wish to stay near the sea. Therefore, car hire is not essential. We must say that the interior of the villa is split in different levels as well as the exterior; and can be difficult for people with reduced mobility.
