Villa Taberna is a traditional Majorcan house, located 10 minutes� drive from the amenities of both Pollensa Old Town and Alcudia. Pollensa is filled with local Spanish restaurants and shops, whilst Alcudia offers a mix of authentic and modern dining venues, as well as a fantastic large sandy beach.

This 4 bedroom villa has several traditional features including exposed beam ceilings and stone walls, a private swimming pool and views of the surrounding countryside to the Tramuntana Mountains. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi are included.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious lawn and terrace, dotted with exotic palms and banana trees, with plenty of space to sunbathe. By the poolside is a brick BBQ as well as a long, covered terrace with a table and bench seating, as well as a small chill out area.

At the front of the villa is a private gravel driveway with plenty of space for your holiday hire car, leading to the main entrance of the house. Inside the house, the ornamental fireplace, exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and traditional Majorcan arches in the lounge make the villa wonderfully homely and inviting. Double wooden doors open onto the covered terrace at the front of the property, leading to the swimming pool and BBQ. The neighbouring dining room is perfect for an early morning breakfast whilst you plan what to do with your day and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you�ll need for a relaxing stay. There�s also a handy utility room adjacent to the lounge.

All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom whilst the 3 twin bedrooms all have picturesque countryside views and share a separate shower room. There�s also a shower room on the ground floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00
