Villa Venancio is ideally positioned with the facilities of Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Alcudia all within very easy reach. A choice of restaurants can be found in all 3 resorts, and beach lovers will not be disappointed with the beautiful beaches that are within a few minutes’ drive.

This delightful 2-bedroom villa has a spacious pool terrace with views of the distant mountain tops between the trees. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included.

A long, gated driveway leads from the country lane up to the villas parking area. The main entrance into the villa is at the side, by the dining terrace. The lounge and dining area are open plan, with ample seating, a flat screen TV, corner feature replace and a table and chairs. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, and has patio doors opening onto the pool terrace.

A small hallway to the far side of the living area leads to the villas� 2 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which both share the facilities of a separate bathroom. A shower room can also be accessed from the pool terrace.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
