We are happy to offer this fantastic villa situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. The private swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of space to sunbathe, and there is a spacious lawn where children can play. To the side of the villa is a pergola which provides shade for the dining area, and the adjacent brick BBQ is ideal for enjoying mealtimes back at the villa. There are views of the nearby Tramuntana Mountains from the gardens, which are bordered by hedging and trees for a good deal of privacy.

As you approach the villa, you will be greeted by the same spectacular view of the mountains. A private gated driveway leads to the parking area in front of Villa Tabac. The entrance is ahead of you and there is a pleasant seating area to the side, leading to the pool.

The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, with a large window overlooking the pool towards the mountains. A step up through a traditional stone archway leads into the dining area and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay.

There is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs is a second twin bedroom and a double bedroom which share access to an en suite bathroom. The double bedroom also has a private balcony with magnificent views over the grounds to the mountainside.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
