Villa Casa Margarita has a gated driveway leading to a private parking area. The terrace at the side of the house leads to the front door, as well as the pool and garden. The living area has a real authentic Spanish vibe. The lounge and dining area are open plan, with an ornamental stone fireplace and wooden beamed ceiling. Plus, there is a seating area, a table and chairs, and patio doors opening onto the garden. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped, and has a small breakfast table and access to the garden at the side of the house, with fantastic mountain scenery.

The villa has a twin bedroom and double bedroom sharing a separate shower room. The remaining twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room with patio doors onto the poolside terrace. All bedrooms benefit of air conditioning/heating units. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
