Villa Laurel is located in a peaceful and tranquil location just at approximate 15 minutes drive to the old town of Pollensa. It is an ideal and spacious family home.

The villa is split in two levels; the ground floor places the garage, where you can find a shower room, the laundry area where the washing machine is located, and a billiard game.

The entrance of the first floor opens in to the spacious lounge dining area with beamed ceilings with charm and character. To the right of the dining area we find the modern fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and lots of storage spaces. From the kitchen there is a door that leads straight to the balcony terrace; from here there is also access to the garage via a staircase.

The sleeping area comprises of two twins, one double, and one single. One of the twins has an en suite shower room, while the other twin and the double share a full bathroom. From the lounge dining an open stair case leads up to a loft area where we can find a lounge with a sofa, a single bedroom and a shower room.

In the front part of this beautiful country villa, flanked by a lawn area, we find the sparkling swimming pool with roman steps and the Jacuzzi attached to it. The sun terrace is furnished with sun beds. The gardens and adjoining lands are mainly all to the front of the house and include the original horse drawn water well, now an interesting feature of bygone times.
