This villa is a good choice for a couple or a small family looking for a relaxing holiday sunbathing in the countryside while still close to amenities. The house lies midway between the old town of Pollensa with its good selection of restaurants and the long sandy beaches of the family resort of Puerto Pollensa.

There is a furnished front terrace shaded by vines which looks onto the garden and pool with lawned area. The pool measures 8 by 4 metres with roman steps.

The garden is boarded by cypress hedges and offers nice views to the Puig de Maria monastery next to Pollensa.

On entering the villa, there is a lounge dining area with sofa and armchairs plus TV to the left and dining table and chairs for six to the right. From here there is a kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob, and microwave.

The rest of the house is made up of one twin and one double bedroom sharing a full bathroom. Both bedrooms enjoy air conditioning to help sleeping during the hotter months.

The villa is a typical Majorcan rustic villa surrounded by citrus trees and enjoys and great location.
