Garballo, Pollensa

Villa Garballo is conveniently located halfway between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and therefore a short drive from all amenities and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

This two-storey villa is of traditional Majorcan style decoration with modern amenities including air conditioning throughout.

There are three bedrooms. On the ground floor there is one double with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom and a further full bathroom. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a full en suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. All the bedrooms have air conditioning units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the property has timed air conditioning on all units from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed).

The downstairs lounge and dining area is split into two areas, one with a large L shaped sofa with satellite TV and DVD player, and the other with dining table and chairs. A separate and fully equipped kitchen, with full oven with gas hob, dishwasher and all other modern appliances, completes the ground floor.

There is a large outside terrace for al fresco dining with outdoor kitchen facilities and built-in barbecue, and a further terrace with a table tennis table.

There is a small sun terrace as well, with sun loungers, next to the swimming pool and all set in a mature garden. The swimming pool is of kidney shaped form with Roman steps leading into it.
