Villa Andreu is a charming and very traditional single storey villa just a few minutes away from the old town of Pollensa. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens with cherry trees, cypress and other Mediterranean plants. Set amongst the lawn area is the lovely swimming pool.

The villa is simple and practical with stone walls, traditional furniture and terracotta floor tiles. In the lounge dining room there is a comfortable seating area with sofas, satellite TV, DVD and CD players. There is also a wood burning stove for cosy evenings on the cooler months. The dining area leads to the small kitchenette which is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.
The bedrooms, one double and one twin have air conditioning and the twin bedroom has direct access to the outside.
The covered terrace overlooks the well maintained garden and the sparkling swimming pool, a built in barbecue completes the villa and enjoys wonderful mountain backdrop views.
Villa Andreu is situated in a very convenient location just a short walk to the heart of Pollensa´s old town with a large selection of restaurants and shops.
